Certification by B Lab™, the nonprofit network behind the B Corp™ movement, reflects Capacity’s commitment to using business as a force for good. As a B Corp™, the organisation is now part of a growing group of over 8,000 companies worldwide working together to transform the global economy for the benefit of all people, communities, and the planet.

B Corp™ Certification means a company has been independently verified as meeting B Lab’s™ high standards across areas including governance, workers, community, environment, and customers. Certified B Corporations™ are also legally required to consider the impact of their decisions on all stakeholders, not just shareholders.
The certification process involved a detailed, rigorous assessment that took more than a year to complete. It also marks the beginning of a continuous improvement cycle, as B Corps™ are reassessed every three years against evolving standards.
