Management Transition Complete
Ashton Maund Associates Ltd T/A Capacity Marketing for Charities is pleased to announce the completion of a management transition as of 30th September 2020. It is the result of years of planning, allowing for a seamless hand over and a continuation of our high standard of service.
Richard Millar will become the Managing Director having spent more than ten years with the company and recent addition to the board Jon Allport will remain in place as Operations Director.
It marks the end of Anne and Stephen Maund’s tenure, having established the company in 2001 and built a reputation on providing measurable results. They leave a company thriving and providing employment for 18 members of staff.
On announcing today’s news Anne and Stephen said:
The name ‘Capacity Marketing’ was chosen to reflect that our services would increase the capacity for charities to help their causes. This has certainly been the case, with £675 million raised through legacies. What we didn’t anticipate was how all of us in the team would grow our own and collective capacity to serve with humility and loving kindness. It’s been an honour and we are thrilled that our colleague and friend Richard Millar will lead Capacity into its third decade and beyond.

I’m delighted and honoured to take up the opportunity to continue the fantastic work of Capacity Marketing for Charities. The wonderful thing about working in the Third Sector is that a good week for us is a great week for our charity clients. I look forward to continuing to build on the foundations set in place, in years to come. I’m very thankful to Anne and Stephen for their resourcefulness and effort in founding and building the company and their love and humanity that has made it such a special place for people to work. I wish them a long and rewarding retirement, I won’t say restful because I know them too well!
This is the beginning of an exciting period for Capacity Marketing, one that the Board and Management team are confident will facilitate future growth and opportunities for all involved across the UK, Ireland and further afield.
